A man in his 20s is convicted of raping several children in Värnamo municipality.
The crimes must have been committed in various places, both outdoors and indoors, over several years. The man was arrested in mid-March this year after a girl reported that he raped her at a skate park.
Five girls aged 11 to 14 were plaintiffs. The man was convicted of a total of four rapes against children, but also several other sex crimes.
The punishment will be six years in prison and he must pay almost one million kroner in damages to the vulnerable girls.
