The team of coach Ivar van Dinteren soon fell behind. A flowing attack on the left ended with a beautiful cross, the outside of Kevin Monzialo, at Den Bosch striker Sebastian Karlsson Grach that slid in nicely. Young FC Utrecht no longer came over the early tap.
