Two boas approached M. and asked for his ID. When he refused, a struggle ensued, during which one of the boas was pushed and fell. He was brought under control with the help of a plainclothes police officer. “Shut up, I’ll kill you, I’ll shoot you,” he shouted. When alerted officers took him over from the boas, they had to pay the price. He tried to scratch them and kept swearing: “I’m going to get you, I’m going to kill you. I’ll withhold your head. You’re mine.”
