MeinMMO asked you which character from Naruto is your number 1. Now we show you the ranking. Who made it to the top?

What kind of survey was that? In the survey you could choose your favorite character from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden – and with so many great characters, the decision was certainly not easy. With a single vote, you had the chance to choose the character you were most excited about. There have been over 3,900 votes so far and a total of 56 characters to choose from.

The results are in! We evaluated them and used them to create your community ranking!

The 10 most popular Naruto characters in the MeinMMO community in the ranking

Here are the characters that made it to places 10 to 4:

  • 10th place: Obito Uchiha (3% with 130 votes)
  • 9th place: Madara Uchiha (3% with 132 votes)
  • 8th place: Hinata Hyuga (4% with 139 votes)
  • 7th place: Minato Namikaze (4% with 167 votes)
  • 6th place: Shikamaru Nara (5% with 181 votes)
  • 5th place: Jiraiya (6% with 223 votes)
  • 4th place: Sasuke Uchiha (6% with 250 votes)

    • It was an exciting neck-and-neck race between Obito and Madara Uchiha, but Madara took 9th place. Gaara narrowly missed out on the top 10 with 126 votes. Nagato comes in 12th place while Sakura comes in 13th place.

    You also had the opportunity to vote for another if your favorite wasn’t listed. You could then name your favorite character in the comments. ReeTune311 chose Suigetsu as the favorite and Shade would have chosen Kisame.

    All characters that were available for selection received at least one vote – with the exception of Hanzo the Salamander and Dan Kato.

    3rd place: Naruto Uzumaki

  • Result: 10% with 389 votes

    • Naruto himself ends up in 3rd place! The little outsider from Konoha has come a long way and is a real hero. He has become one of the most powerful ninja of all time. His path to becoming Hokage was anything but easy. He was often avoided and misunderstood.

    But instead of giving up, he kept fighting, surpassing himself and believing in his dream of becoming Hokage.

    He always sees the good in people and never lets his friends down. He has inspired many ninjas and us too. Naruto always reminds you to never give up on your dreams. You just have to love him.

    2nd place: Kakashi Hatake

  • Result: 15% with 606 votes

    • Kakashi Hatake makes it to second place – and that surprises hardly anyone.

    Kakashi is the calm type who keeps a cool head in every situation – no matter how dangerous it gets. But behind this calm there is also a sad past. The losses he suffered shaped him and helped him become even stronger. He never gave up hope.

    Two of his peculiarities are his obsession with the Flirtparadies series and his tardiness. The reason for this: Every morning he visits the grave of his deceased friend Obito, who was also always late and had suitable excuses ready.

    Kakashi is simply a lovable character to take to heart – the ninja who is always there when you need him. And of course, he’s the man who gave us all that unforgettable moment when he finally showed his face.

    1st place: Itachi Uchiha

  • Result: 17% with 691 votes

    • Itachi takes 1st place! He is the most popular Naruto character in the MeinMMO community. Admitted? It’s really hard not to be impressed by him.

    For many, he was initially the cold-hearted older brother who wiped out the Uchiha. But later we find out what’s behind it.

    Itachi turned himself into a traitor to protect Konoha and his little brother Sasuke. He sacrificed everything – his family, his reputation and even his own happiness.

    His greatest strength lies in his ability to sacrifice himself and fight for a higher purpose, even if he is hated and misunderstood by everyone.

    He’s actually the unsung hero. So it’s no wonder he’s number 1 for many of you.

    Honorable Mention at the end: The Ramen Guy

    Even though he didn’t make it into the top 10 (the good guy only got 15 votes), Teuchi, the operator of Konoha’s famous ramen shop, shouldn’t go unmentioned. His ramen shop is a haven for the ninja. He’s basically the heart of Konoha.

    The friendly Teuchi is always there when the ninjas need a meal after a long day. Teuchi is an important figure, especially for Naruto – he supported him in many moments and helped him through the difficult times.
