In Pokémon GO, the “Temporary Study: Master Ball” is coming to an end. If you still want to do it, you should plan for it.
What kind of study is this? With the start of the “Abundant Adventure” season on September 1st, 2023, the new “Temporary Study: Master Ball” came into play.
This is extensive, temporary research that you can access in the “Today” tab. This means: In contrast to special research, it is not unlimited in time, but has an end date.
And that is now rapidly approaching: it will end on November 21, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. So you should look at what you are still missing, because there are only so many tasks you can do “on the side”.
What else needs to be done to get the 2nd Master Ball?
The tasks are extremely extensive. So if you’re still missing some, you should make sure you take advantage of the 10 days that are currently remaining.

For each of these tasks you will receive 8,000 XP. At the end you’ll get another 3,000 stardust, 20,000 XP and the much coveted Master Ball.
The study also came with the season “Lots of Adventure”.

Can this still be done? If you haven’t made any progress yet, it will be difficult to complete the task. The 60 raids in particular were a point that was difficult to solve for many trainers – and if you only want to use the daily passes, you need at least 60 days.
If you are only missing a few, you can make good use of the raid day with Mega Garchomp, for example. There are five additional raid passes.
And if you have difficulty with the fabulous throws, you can use a trick with the AR mode when in doubt.
Otherwise it’s all about running a lot, doing stops and catching what comes up. This is how you get the necessary kilometers for eggs, Pokémon species and stops. You also have to make sure that you keep doing field research so that you don’t fall behind.
What if you don’t make it? According to the announcement, it should be possible to buy a master ball research in the shop later if you don’t complete the study. But that costs money – and what the tasks will look like is not yet known.
