Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, a new film from director George Miller in the Mad Max universe, will soon be released. While there were no known problems with filming for Furiosa, things were different for Fury Road. This was particularly due to the main actor Tom Hardy.
Mad Max: Fury Road was released in 2015 by director George Miller. The main roles are Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy. The film is considered one of the best action films of the last 10 years and won 6 Oscars, including for costume design and editing.
But filming the film wasn’t always easy, as George Miller recently revealed in an interview with The Telegraph. A big problem was arguments with leading actors Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron, who had also criticized Hollywood.

Hardy was constantly late for filming
In the interview with The Telegraph, the 79-year-old director talks about filming with the two well-known actors. He says the two are very different performers. While Theron was said to have finished filming promptly at 8 a.m., Tom Hardy was someone who was hours late.
George Miller says he had to be lured out of his locker room. This is a big contrast to Charlize Theron, who is said to have been disciplined and always the first on set on time. Despite these difficulties, Miller says both actors delivered excellent performances in their own way.
I saw their behavior as a way to reflect their characters, who must learn to work together to ensure each other’s survival.

But there were also problems between Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy, as NBC News reports. In the book Blood, Sweat & Chrome, Theron describes the two actors’ relationship with parents who drive together. We either argued or didn’t talk to each other at all, and I don’t know which is worse.
