With Rebel Moon – Part 1: Child of Fire, Zack Snyder introduced his space army, which goes into battle against the powerful ruler Balisarius and his minions. After the premiere, the sequel Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scar Maker is coming to Netflix in April. The director has now spoken about the fact that we are focusing on one furious war film may set.

In an interview with Empire, the director promised that things would be much tougher in the second part of his science fiction universe:
It’s 100 percent a war film. There’s a lot more action than in the first film, very intense and crazy action.
Snyder also promises an emotional roller coaster ride with the characters introduced in the first Rebel Moon film and assembled into an army. According to the director, part 2 will be reveal more backstories of the charactersdesigned to make their actions on the battlefield even more cathartic.
Snyder has already said that he likes Rebel Moon 2 much better than Part 1, as the introduction of the many characters in the predecessor should pay off emotionally here.

When is Rebel Moon 2 coming to Netflix?
You can watch the science fiction sequel from… April 19, 2024 Stream with a Netflix subscription. Fans can also look forward to a harder director’s cut of part 1, which is scheduled to come to Netflix sometime in summer 2024. An exact date has not yet been set.
