Ylens Iida Tikka explains in a video how Super Tuesday

Trump is clearly beating Nikki Haley on a super day of primaries. Biden no longer has an opponent in his party. Now the game really begins.

Today, March 5, the presidential candidates of the United States for the November elections are confirmed, although the primary round is still in progress.

The Republican nomination is clearly winning Donald Trump. He has won all but one of the primaries and caucuses so far. Rival partner, former United States ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley has only won in Washington DC, on Sunday.

With Joe Biden there is no longer a viable counter-candidate in the democratic party.

Primary elections are held today in 15 states and American Samoa.

The situation is practically clear, and that’s why the eyes are focused especially on the voting activity and on what kind of protest votes may be given within the parties, according to our correspondent Iida Tikka from Washington.

Some of the Democrats may reject all candidates – including Biden. In the Republicans, on the other hand, Nikki Haley, who warns about the consequences of Trump’s election, may still get votes.

After Super Tuesday, Biden and Trump will start campaigning in earnest to win the November elections, Tikka estimates.

The title of the story was edited on March 5, 2024 at 2:35 p.m. to “Super Tuesday boosts Trump and Biden’s campaigns”. The headline previously read that Super Tuesday will speed up Trump and Biden’s campaign, which gave the impression that the candidates would have a joint campaign.
