It is this Monday that the trial of the disaster of Yemenia Airways opens in Paris, prosecuted for homicides and involuntary injuries. The testimony of the only survivor of the crash and those of the families of victims will be eagerly awaited during the trial. Most of them live in Marseille.

In June 2009, the Airbus A310 providing the connection between Sanaa and Moroni crashed off the Comoros, killing 152 people and only one survivor: Bahia Bakari. A 12-year-old girl, hung for 11 hours on a piece of debris from the aircraft before being rescued.
