As Julia Schlaepfer revealed in an interview with Collider, the scene demanded that the whole eight hours of shooting claimed that at the set of the set at an emotional level:

Taylor called me before he wrote the episode and asked me if it were okay for me to write that. He knew how challenging it would be as an actress for me. I said, ‘absolutely. I want to tell this story. It is what so many people had to go through. ‘
