Yellowstone is heading towards the big finale of season 5. Next week the series reveals how the Dutton family’s story ends. The penultimate episode, however, caused fans’ tempers to flare up for a different reason. Because series creator Taylor Sheridan appears as a kind of cowboy messiah.
This is how the Yellowstone creator stages himself in the 13th episode of the 5th season
Taylor Sheridan has appeared in several Yellowstone episodes: His Horse trainer Travis Wheatley can handle the animals like no other. In season 4, he took Jimmy (Jefferson White) to the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas to train the rodeo talent to become a real cowboy.
In episode 13, Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) travels to Texas because her family needs Travis’ help to sell the Yellowstone Ranch horses as profitably as possible using his skills. She meets him Uber-Cowboy playing a game of strip poker with several lightly or unclad women, including Sadie (played by supermodel Bella Hadid, 26 years his junior), who turns out to be Travis’ girlfriend. When Beth asks Sadie why she’s with the obviously arrogant womanizer, she simply replies: “Have you ever seen him ride?”
Beth finally testifies to Travis’ riding talent, must be Can admit and crawl to the cross for his help. Later, Rip (Cole Hauser) explains how he once became friends with Travis, who was actually extremely loyal, in a bar fight. In short: Shortly before the finale, Taylor Sheridan portrays himself as an all-rounder and savior, which may also be the case with Kevin Costner after the Yellowstone crisis Meta comment is hidden?

That Taylor Sheridan made Bella Hadid his girlfriend in Yellowstone is objectively hilarious.

Of course Taylor Sheridan wrote herself into a scene like this. So stupid!

What no Yellowstone fan really wants: Taylor Sheridans endless narcissism in the final season. Particularly despicable I loved the topless scene with Beth having to spend a whole minute with his jackass, frat-boy Travis.

Taylor Sheridan wasted one of the series’ final episodes writing herself in Yellowstone to adorn herself with half-naked women. We would have 8 more episodes with Kevin Costner instead of this crap.

How the hell is Yellowstone supposed to wrap this all up in an episode and a half? I really could have done without the 20 minutes of Taylor Sheridan presents himself as a womanizer and cowboy in chief to the whole world. What an ego!
According to Looper, Taylor Sheridan once cast himself as Travis because he was the only actor with the ability to convincingly perform complicated horse maneuvers in front of the camera. He also trained his cast in horse riding on his ranch.
Whether Sheridan’s Travis will also make an appearance in the Yellowstone finale, next week on December 16, 2024 appears in the stream * in Germany is unclear. The trailer for the last Yellowstone episode of season 5 promises a dramatic finale next week.
