Large parts of Götaland and southernmost Svealand are affected by a yellow warning from midnight until 06:00.
The area stretches from Uddevalla and Gothenburg in the west to Nyköping and Karlskrona in the east.
This can lead to roads being blocked by blown down trees, disturbances in the electricity grid and the risk of delaying public transport, writes SMHI.
It is a low pressure that “passes to the east and in connection with the cold front passing by overnight towards Monday it will be windy. Westerly wind gusts expected to reach 22-25 m/s” writes SMHI on its website.
Gotland also has a yellow warning for strong wind, but between 04 and 09 on Monday morning.
