Yakkyo is an innovative SME that focuses on development integrated software solutions for the dropshipping and wholesale sales process of third party products. In the first 9 months of 2023 Yakkyo generated a Production Value of 3.7 million euros, with an EBITDA margin of 8.5%.
“The listing process was quite tiring, Yakkyo was born as a startup, therefore in just 7 years we went from a startup and a simple desk to a company listed on the stock exchange – Conforti said on the sidelines of the ceremony at Palazzo Mezzanotte – it was a process that completely overturned company logic, obviously improving corporate governance and transparency; therefore challenging, tiring but really proud to have completed it”.
The admission to Piazza Affari took place without the placement of newly issued ordinary shares, thus constituting itself as the first “just listing” operation on the Italian Stock Exchange. In the future, the company will evaluate, also on the basis of market conditions, the opportunity to raise capital and move to the Euronext Growth Milan segment.

Yakkyo represents the thirty-fourth admission since the beginning of the year on the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is the sixty-fourth listing of 2023 on Euronext.
Regarding the performance of the business, Conforti stated that “2023 was a really positive year, in line with what we expected. For 2024 we are very confident, above all we have just completed an exhibition in Thailand, in Bangkok, and really the interest in our software products has been very interesting, therefore we are really optimistic for 2024“.
