What are the Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2?

Anyone who plays the Trials of Osiris, also known as Trials, in Destiny 2 enters the PvP endgame. Hosted by the 14th Saint, it features intense 3-on-3 battles in which only the most daring and skilled can claim the Master Rewards and Trials Cosmetics on the Lighthouse.

Two teams of three players each compete against each other. The goal is to defeat the opposing team by eliminating all members.

Another interesting feature of the Trials is the map on which it is played, which changes weekly. This requires players to have a flexible approach as they have to adapt to different environments and tactics. You can find out which card is active every Friday in our Xur article.

The Trials also offer special rewards that can only be earned in this mode. Every 3rd rank advancement rewards you with a powerful Trial Engram. Hidden inside are Trials equipment and weapons that have the Trials logo. The armor can also glow, which is why it is very sought after. But only if you manage to become flawless, i.e. achieve 7 victories in a row. Every week one of the available weapons can also be earned as a master version. But only if you make it to the lighthouse with a flawless ticket.

If you lose, progress can be lost and players will have to start over.

Which map is on this week? In the trials, the Guardians have to concentrate on a specific map. It does not change and remains active until the weekly reset on November 7th at 6:00 p.m.

This is the reward for a flawless run: Every week a very special weapon awaits you on the lighthouse, which you will receive as a master version for your flawless run, i.e. 7 victories. You can also earn the weapon until next Tuesday, November 7th at 6:00 p.m.

There is always an Adept weapon as a reward if you make it to the lighthouse safely with your ticket.
