The weekend begins in Destiny 2 too, and everyone knows what that means: Xur-Time. Thus the Guardians will see the Tentacled Face once more, and see wondrous wares emerging from its black cloak. We’ll show you what to expect this time.
What happened in Destiny 2 this week? The Keepers in Destiny 2 are whining about the states of the grind in the loot shooter. Players say their time is not respected and that inflation has found a place in the vanguard’s banks.
Bungie, meanwhile, provides insight into changes to skill-based matchmaking, SBMM for short. With its introduction in the “Control” mode, the matches should become more balanced again and ensure that even beginners get a chance to win. When is Xur coming? The most famous retailer from Destiny 2 is currently starting its sale every Friday at 7:00 p.m. sharp. Anyone who brings him some Legendary Shards and other materials to trade is welcome to choose from him.

What does Xur offer? For all Guardians who don’t know Xur yet: He is an Exotic dealer of the “Nine”, an ominous group in Destiny 2, and delivers new weapons and armor to the players on their behalf on a weekly basis. All characters, i.e. warlocks, hunters and titans can buy from him.

The weapons cost: For these two exotics, the cost is 1 Ascendant shard, 1 Exotic code, 125,000 Glimmer, and 200 Legendary shards.
Xur always has this with him: You can always get an Exotic Engram for 97 Legendary Shards from Xur, as well as the weekly quest to get an Exotic Code.

Trials of Osiris on 07/29 – 02.08. – Map, weapons and info
Which map is it this week? Each weekend you only play on a fixed map. Since the community was able to choose the new map for Trials rotation this week, you can also test it right away. The majority chose the “Eternity” map.
If you are interested in playing the Trials as a team, MeinMMO recommends the callout maps via Warmind. This gives your fireteam a good description of where the opponents are on the map, which is useful information for the whole team.

This is the reward for a flawless run: Every week, a very special weapon awaits you on the lighthouse, which you get as a master version for your flawless run, i.e. 7 victories. This time it’s the turn of the new stasis pistol “Forgiveness”. However, we will add this information to you as soon as it is known. You can earn the weapon until next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
All Trials weapons have a Trials origin perk: Haste – Improves reload, stability, aim assist, and range when you’re the last member of your fireteam alive or fighting alone.
Once you have obtained your desired weapon, you can target your testing engrams at Saint-14 specifically to your desired weapon. On top there are Enhancement Prisms and Ascendant Fragments. Keep in mind that once you have a complete pass, your reward increases even more – even if you lose a game or two.
When do the trials start? The trials (tests of Osiris) start this Friday for the daily reset at 7:00 p.m.
