Earlier today, Xiaomi announced that on Oct. Redmi Note 12 series confirmed its plans to introduce a new Windows ultrabook at its launch event, and now Chinese online retailer JD.com Xiaomi Book Air 13listed for reservation with its basic features.
The detailed specification sheet of the laptop 2880 x 1800 pixels resolution and 16:10 have the aspect ratio 13.3 inch OLED It reveals that it will have a touch screen. The panel will support a 60Hz refresh rate and house a camera. The Xiaomi Book Air 13 can be configured with a 12th generation Intel U-series Core-i5 or Core-i7 CPU alongside 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of storage.
The most impressive feature is the size of the laptop – it’s listed at just 1.2kg and only 12mm thick. The listing confirms a full-size keyboard, but no details on whether it will be backlit. Among other features Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 in addition to the two Thunderbolt has a port.
It looks like there will also be a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the laptop. The battery is rated as a 58.3 Wh battery with the included 65 WC type power adapter. With all this information available, we can only await pricing and availability details for the Xiaomi Book Air 13 at Thursday’s big event.
