“The evidence for the period April-June 2024 has confirmed most of our forecasts – commented theAD Ercolino Ranieri – In the second quarter, there were three new acquisitions for Phi Hotels in Cuneo, Pescara and Bra. All business lines recorded positive indicators. The results of the first two quarters absorbed the adjustment of the post-listing cost structure and those incurred for development and M&A activities. The second quarter of the financial year also consolidates our assumptions and the connotation of 2024 as a year of marked evolution in the hospitality sector. The company’s business model fits fully into this evolutionary phase with a flexibility useful for seizing opportunities in changing contexts”.
