WSJ Trump Considers Changing His Nominee for Secretary of Defense

Donald Trump’s allies have started to worry about the accusations related to the defense minister candidate’s private life, says a US newspaper.

Future President of the United States Donald Trump is considering changing his candidate for the defense minister of his future administration, reports the American newspaper Wall Street Journal.

In November, Trump named the Fox News host as his nominee for defense minister Pete Hegseth’s.

According to the newspaper’s sources, however, Trump is now considering replacing Hegseth with the governor of Florida With Ron DeSantis. According to the newspaper, Trump’s allies have started to worry about the accusations related to Hegseth’s private life.

Hegseth’s past has revealed, among other things, an accusation of a sexual crime.

DeSantis, who was running for the Republican presidential nomination, dropped out of the race in January and then lined up behind Trump. According to sources, discussions about his ministry are at an early stage and other choices are also possible.

Trump’s candidate for Attorney General also had time to change earlier, when Matt Gaetz announced that he was not going to pursue washing.
