Russia and Ukraine returned 115 prisoners of war to each other on Saturday.
Ukraine has captured more than 240 Russian soldiers since its forces invaded Russia’s Kursk this month, says The Washington Post.
The paper’s analysis is based on photos and videos taken after the surprise attack that began at the beginning of the month. Most of them are filmed by Ukrainian soldiers and shared on social media.
