China Unicom Beijing And HuaweiAs part of the ‘On the Way to 5G Capital – Enlightening Beijing with 5G-Advanced’ event, announced the world’s first large-scale integrated 5G-Advanced smart network. With this new network, Huawei reaches 10 gigabit speeds across Beijing, providing revolutionary connectivity solutions in many different industries.

China Unicom Beijing and Huaweihas built an ultra-large-scale 5G-Advanced three-component carrier (3CC) network, covering a wide area from stadiums to subway stations, commercial areas to residential areas, including Beijing’s 4th Ring Road and Beijing Municipal Administrative Center. Thanks to this infrastructure, high-tech services such as UHD live broadcasts, cloud-based games and real-time navigation are supported. While 85 percent of the city is covered by 5G-Advanced, services such as emergency calls, route planning and car calling are also offered through the renewed old phone booths.

Huawei In cooperation with GTVerse and GTVerse, an integrated 5G-Advanced network was established at the Workers Stadium.
