Nigeria coach Augustine Eguavoen unveiled his shortlist on Friday March 4 to face Ghana in the 2022 World Cup play-offs on March 25 and 29. The list is marked by the return of Victor Osimhen, Emmanuel Dennis, and Odion Ighalo. Leicester City striker Ademola Lookman is part of the group. Lookman was cleared by FIFA to play for Nigeria after representing England at various age levels. Training camp opens in Abuja on March 21 with a final roster of 24 players for the two play-offs to be released at a later date.
