(Finance) – Federchimica, Farmindustria and Filctem, Femca and Uiltec have signed anunderstanding with which they advance the 68 euro tranche of theincrease of the collective agreement which was to be paid from July, according to the renewal that was signed in June 2022. In particular, the agreement provides for the disbursement of 45 euros as a share of the contractual increase tranche of the Minimum wage (TEM) already foreseen from 1 July 2024. The figure of 23 euros is also included in the contractual minimums, recognized as Separate Element of Remuneration (EDR).
According to what a joint note from the parties explains “the agreement was reached with common objective to support workers in a moment of particular difficulty, in a complex geopolitical and economic context, with high costs of energy and raw materials, also favoring the overall management of costs for companies”.
It is understood that the advance sums will then be compensated during 2025 within the economic values that will be the subject of the next contractual renewal. With the agreement Federchimica, Farmindustria, Filctem, Femca And Uiltec they reaffirm “the value of constructive industrial relations and the role of proactive social partners, capable of quickly seizing every useful opportunity for workers and companies in the sector”.
