More stable contracts

In the first phase after the pandemic (2021), in a context of high uncertainty, the recovery of employment was mainly driven by fixed-term positions, until when the recovery consolidated (end of 2021 and 2022), businesses returned to hire with permanent contracts and to transform the temporary positions activated in the previous months.
