Woodstock police have seized more than $32,000 worth of suspected fentanyl as part of an ongoing drug-trafficking investigation that began last month.
On Wednesday, the police investigation culminated in the arrest of two suspects on Dundas Street between Riddell and Graham streets. A later search of a Delatre Street home involving uniformed officers and members of the community response unit and criminal investigations bureau resulted in the seizure of $32,910 worth of suspected fentanyl and $575.

A 52-year-old Woodstock man and a 38-year-old Woodstock man each face one count of drug possessions for the purpose of trafficking.
Both accused remain in custody pending an upcoming bail hearing.
