Woodstock police asks for help identifying gun toting robber

Woodstock police are asking the public for help identifying a suspect involved in a robbery.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery involving a firearm in the area of ​​Parkinson Road and Norwich Avenue in Woodstock at 7:45 pm Monday, Woodstock police said.

Police believe they have recovered the firearm and that there is “no immediate risk to the public.”

Police are asking the public to help identify the male suspect who is about six feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black winter jacket, multi-coloured bandana, black pants and boots, gray gloves and an orange and beige backpack, and carrying a blue reusable shopping bag, police said.
