Wage differences are one reason why women are waving more than men.
Now Victoria Kirchhoff, First Deputy Chairman Union, wants to raise the compensation.

Many parents still do not share as it comes to VAB, it shows new figures from the Union.
In the survey, the Union has looked at how parents work, how to look at parental insurance and how to use VAB and vobb.
Four out of ten officials replied that they do not share equally on the wobble.
– We have had parental insurance for over 50 years. It has given us one possible to be home and take care of our children when they are sick. But it is still women who take the main responsibility, says Victoria Kirchhoff, first vice -chairman Union.
The solution: “Raise the compensation”
For women, it leads to worse career opportunities and worse pay, which in turn entails worse pensions.
– It’s really boring and we should and we should have come much, much longer, says Victoria Kirchhoff.
The reason why more women stay at home are, among other things, the wage differences.
– The family is hit financially if the man stays at home.
Kirchhoff also emphasizes that these are values and norms that live in society.
– We think you should raise the vabing replacement. So that more men, who earn more, think it works to be at home.
To make a change, employers need to take responsibility, she says.
– That you create an environment where it works to be a parent. So that you can handle family and professional life at the same time.
“Need to point with the whole hand”
The fact that parents vobbar is an effect of pandemic – as many were forced to work from home.
– It has had positive effects and has given us an opportunity to get the life puzzle together. But it has also meant that the labor market, as it looks today, is pressured. Only three percent feel that they can hand over tasks when they go home. For this reason, you choose to wobble.
Now Victoria Kirchhoff wants you to create a pressure on the issue.
– If you are to succeed in making major changes, you have to start with someone pointing with your whole hand.
