A woman has been stabbed in the neck and stomach in Töreboda, the police state on their website.
– The extent of the damage is otherwise unclear, but she was awake and contactable when the patrol got there, says Christian Brattgård, police spokesperson.
A man was arrested near the scene soon after and is suspected of attempted murder.
– We are currently carrying out investigative measures and securing evidence, says Christian Brattgård at the police.
