The woman walked into the police station in the city center of Utrecht on Friday at 1.55 pm and shouted ‘certain things’. The police do not want to repeat what she said, but it gave reason to arrest her. The woman had two ‘objects’ with her that were examined to see if they were explosives. That turned out not to be the case.
