The crimes were committed in Strängnäs municipality during the years 2016-2018. The woman is said to have received parental allowance from Försäkringkassan on 25 occasions when she was not entitled to it.
In total, the woman has received over SEK 80,000 wrongly paid.
In addition to the support offences, the woman is also convicted of assault, illegal threats, child welfare offenses and minor drug offences. The woman is sentenced to ten months in prison.
