A 55-year-old woman has been seriously injured in an accident in Tanum in northern Bohuslän. The woman, who was on foot, was hit by a motorist.
– She was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter, says police spokesperson Fredrik Svedemyr.
There is no further information on the state of the damage.
The accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
A report of negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm has been drawn up. The car has been impounded for a technical examination.
