On the morning of May 4, 2024, a dead body is found in a wind shelter in the Ekebacken outdoor area outside Lessebo. The body cannot be identified at first, but later turns out to be a 22-year-old woman. Three people with family ties to the woman in Lessebo were arrested and are now in custody on suspicion of murder and grave breach of peace.
