The woman was found in an apartment in central Hallsberg on Wednesday morning.
“The man and the woman are familiar with each other. During the day, investigative measures were carried out in the apartment in question where, among other things, technicians worked to secure traces. The work continues during the evening with information gathering and witness interviews,” the police write.
