A woman in her 60s has died after being found in the water in Kristianstad, the police say.
The alarm came at half past seven on Saturday morning.
– We received a call that a person was found outside in the canal, says police spokesperson Sara Andersson to TV4 Nyheterna.
The woman was taken by ambulance to hospital but her life could not be saved.
