The attack, which took place west of the E4 about five kilometers south of Ljungby, is estimated to have occurred during the night between 15-16 July.
According to the county administrative board, the remaining animals must have been moved to another paddock with patchwork to deter the wolf from returning.
Predator attacks on cattle are unusual, the last case in Kronoberg County was in 2015.
