The Finnish coaching staff stamped the 22-player race passes. The band has room for three more reinforcements, one of which is Nashville Predators NHL star Mikael Granlund.

The first race passes of the Finnish Ice Hockey World Championship team have been stamped. Leijonat marked the passports of 19 field players and three goalkeepers. So these players will start the contract on Friday when Finland faces Norway.
Nashville Predators NHL striker Mikael Granlundin the race pass has not yet been stamped, but the Lions GM Jere Lehtinen Granlund says his passport will be stamped as soon as he arrives in Tampere.
If and when the Granlund race pass is stamped, there will then be room in the group for two more field players.
Head coach of the lions Jukka Jalonen has said there will be room for possible NHL reinforcements for the home team.
The first round of the playoffs is underway in the NHL. For example, four matches will be played next night, after which the season of several Finnish players may end.
TPS is also involved in the World Championship of Lions Markus Nurmiwhose race passport has not yet been stamped.
The World Hockey Championships will be played in Tampere and Helsinki from 13 to 29 October. May.
