A pasture next to Slot Zuylen is the place where the animals are released, because more storks live there. The intention is that the birds keep coming back to this place during the day. But at night the storks go to the Lage Weide industrial estate. There they are all on the lampposts. During the day, part of the birds goes to the waste processor, says Leon. Storks also go to other places. For example the pasture in Oud-Zuilen.
