Sophie Alour is one of the most respected musicians in French jazz. A 48-year-old saxophonist and flutist, she received the Jazz Victoire last year as artist of the year. In mid-October Sophie Alour released her ninth album entitled Le Temps Virtuose. She will present it next week, on November 30, in one of the temples of Parisian jazz, the New Morning.
