One in three bottles consumed in France today is rosé. A trend that has crossed the Atlantic. The Côtes-de-Provence and their neighboring appellations are obviously the leaders of the pink wave which breaks in all moments of sharing: by the pool, under the arbor and at the table, where the flesh-colored wine goes wonderfully with good food.
