TV2’s athletics broadcast on Wednesday reached more than 2.1 million Finns.
The exciting pole vault final of the World Athletics Championships brought Finns to the receivers in droves.
The broadcast of the Wednesday evening competitions on TV2 reached more than 2.1 million Finns. 1.3 million viewers watched the broadcast, which was over four hours long on average, from TV2 and Areena.
Murto gets the bronze medal around his neck on Thursday evening. The award ceremony will be broadcast live on TV2 and Areena at 7 p.m.
There will be more Finnish excitement later in the evening, when Silja Kosonen throws in the moukari final.
The broadcast starts at 19:45 on TV2 and Areena and at 19:50 on Puhee. The moukari final starts at 21:25.
