Warning, spoilers for the Wednesday finale follow: Netflix has just continued the Addams Family universe with a new series. Wednesday, starring Jenna Ortega, revolves around the daughter of the family and her day-to-day life as a student at Nevermore Academy.
After the 8 episodes of Season 1 Wednesday, many Netflix fans are wondering if a 2nd season comes. We’ve gathered information about the sequel.

Wednesday season 2 is possible but not confirmed yet
Stay after the Netflix series finale some questions open. Part of the cliffhanger revealed that Wednesday appears to have a stalker threatening her with text messages. In addition, Tyler (Hunter Doohan), accused of murdering the main character, escaped from his captivity.
Since Wednesday was only recently released on Netflix, the streaming service has not yet made a decision regarding a second season. As always, the streaming views of the decide on the future of the fantasy series in the first few weeks. According to NME, Jenna Ortega would be ready for a sequel:
I have no idea if we’ll be back. It could go on, but it could also end. I think that’s the beauty of the show – we have the option.
Ahead of the Netflix series’ release, showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar also opened up about one, according to Screen Rant possible 2nd season from Wednesday:
