Putin said that they want to develop joint projects with friendly countries in the Arctic region and that their doors are open to Western countries.
Stating that the cooperation opportunities in the Arctic due to the conflicting attitude of Western countries against Russia have been damaged, Putin said, “Russia does not threaten anyone in the Arctic region, but is also ready to defend its sovereignty.” he said.
