JOINT PRESS CONFERENCE WITH ZELENSKY AND RUTTE

Rutte, at the joint press conference with Zelenskiy, stated that they are in the process of working and consulting with partner countries such as Belgium, England and Denmark for the possible supply of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.

Noting that this takes time as it is a sensitive issue, Rutte reminded that a similar process has been passed for howitzers and Leopard tanks.

On Twitter, Rutte said, “Zelensky’s visit sends a strong message that the Ukrainian people and the President will not bow to the Russian attack. This is a war for freedom, democracy and the rule of law, and that’s why we are in Ukraine.” We’re with you.” he shared.
