Donald Trump will not appear in court in New York on Monday.
“I have already testified to everything and have nothing more to say,” writes the former president of the United States on social media about the previously announced testimony in the civil fraud case in New York against him and his family business in the state.
It is in a post on his social media platform Truth social that Trump writes in capital letters that he will not testify because the last time he was on the witness stand was “very successful and thorough” and that he “has nothing more to say” than what was said in November .
