Krista Pärmäkoski is one of the most successful Finnish skiers of recent years. Pärmäkoski has won seven World Cup medals and five Olympic medals in his career.
On Saturday, at the World Championships in Planica, the tension will be whether Pärmäkoski will reach or Kerttu Niskanen medal in the women’s 30 km traditional cross-country skiing race.
Another source of excitement is whether Pärmäkoski’s career in value races will end with Saturday’s race.
Pärmäkoski, 32, himself didn’t want to speculate in advance about the end of his racing career, even though his manager Aki Pajunoja did so on Twitter.
That’s why we decided to ask Urheilustudio’s viewers if Pärmäkoski will ski its last race start on Saturday.
