Wild Hearts has been playable on PC since February 16, 2023. PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will follow right after at 00:00. However, there are major problems with graphics, stuttering and the like, especially on the PC, as tests also report. The developers know about it – and will soon bring a fix.
What is the problem?
I myself complained about exactly these problems in my very first test in 2022. Now, in Early Access, it was better, but the performance was still the biggest point of criticism for me:

As players have already found out, the problems are sometimes due to the fact that even with high-performance systems only one of the many cores of the processor is addressed. This throttles the performance – no matter how strong the computer is otherwise.

What the developers say: In a post in the official support forum, the community manager David addresses exactly the problems of the players. It says: a fix will come next week, shortly after the release. Among other things, the following should be fixed:
It also aims to fix an annoying audio issue that could cause the audio and video to de-sync and cause the game to crash on PS5. However, there is no exact date for the fix yet.
Not all systems are currently affected by the problems. Xbox and PlayStation in particular seem to run largely smoothly. If you can gamble without any problems or want to prepare yourself, here are some tips:
