(Telestock) – WIITa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the Cloud Computing market, has announced that no shareholder exercised the right of withdrawal regarding the approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the proposed amendment to the bylaws to introduce the strengthening of the increased voting right.
The effectiveness of the resolution would have ceased if the amount of money to be paid by WIIT to the withdrawing shareholders for the purchase of the shares subject to withdrawal had exceeded the total amount of 5 million euros. Since the resolutory condition was not met, the the assembly resolution is definitively effective.
