(Finance) – WIITin execution of the resolution adopted by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 4 May 2023, announced that it had purchased from 2 to 6 October 2023, overall 30,000 treasury sharesat the average unit price of 14.6985 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 440,955.45 euros.
Since the start of the program WIIT has purchased 241,878 ordinary shares (equal to 0.86% of the share capital), for a total value of 3,896,253.58 euros, and following the purchases made so far, it holds a total of 1,872,158 shares own, equal to approximately 6.68% of the share capital.
In Milan, meanwhile, it slips the Italian player active in cloud services for critical business applicationswhich is positioned at 13.8 euros, with a decrease of 1.99%.
