What is the most important bonus? A crucial bonus is the ability to unlearn the “Frustration” attack in this event. All Crypto monsters can do this attack as soon as you catch them. You want to get rid of these useless attacks because only then will they become really useful. But this is only possible at rocket events like this.
You have 6 days from the start of the event, until February 1st at 10:00 p.m., to get rid of the attack.

How do you unlearn frustration in Pokémon GO – and why?
This is how you unlearn frustration: During the Rocket event, it’s very easy: you choose a Charge TM and use it on the corresponding Crypto-Pokémon. Now it gets a random attack instead of frustration. Now use as many Charge TMs as needed until you have the attack you want. Alternatively, you can use a Top Charge TM to directly select a specific move or to receive a special attack that the Pokémon can otherwise only learn during certain events such as a ‘Community Day’.
Important: From this point on, the monster no longer learns frustration and in the future you can swap attacks with him as you like.
Can I also unlearn frustration through redemption? In itself, yes, that would be the “standard way” to get rid of the attack. But with the proceeds, the Pokémon also loses its crypto status – and with it an attack bonus of 20 percent.
This is the reason why you first want to unlearn the attack with strong Crypto-Pokémon, and secondly you want to keep the Crypto status: The strongest attackers in Pokémon GO are even more powerful in raids if they keep their attack bonus as Crypto-Pokémon.
