A hel family has been found dead in a house in the municipality of Ål in Norway.
– We are a village in shock and sadness, says municipal board chairman Solveig Vestenfor according to VG.
It was on Saturday that four people were found dead in a house in the municipality of Ål in south-eastern Norway. Police said early on that all four were registered at the address.
– The patrol moved out due to a report of concern from a family member, said police station chief Brit Fyksen at Midtre Hallingdal police station in a press release.
Now the police confirm at a press conference that they are two adults and two young adults who all belong to the same family. They also say some type of weapon was found in the house.
– We are not looking for any perpetrator, says police chief Brit Fyksen to Norwegian VG.
The village in mourning
The incident is described as a tragedy in Norway and the police are tight-lipped about the whole thing. Relatives have been notified and the deaths are considered an isolated incident.
