It didn’t take long for various projects to be commissioned for the event. Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial is the first film adaptation to be released shortly.

Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial was produced exclusively for the streaming service Tubi and celebrates its premiere four (!) months after the end of the legal dispute. Apparently those responsible knew the substance not implement it fast enough. Below is an overview of the four main actors.

Rounding out the main cast of Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial is Mary Carrig, who stars as Elaine Bredehoft, Amber Heard’s attorney. Since the early 1990s, Carrig has appeared in various TV productions, such as Law & Order: True Crime and Shadow of the Passion. Recently she has also acted in several short films.

No big names: For the first film adaptation of the Depp/Heard trial, actors from the US TV landscape in particular have been secured. Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial celebrates on September 30, 2022 its premiere at Tubi. It is not yet known when and how the film will come to Germany.
